I’m tired of the excuses!

And I hear them everyday…

“I don’t have the time, the money, the experience, the ability…”

The truth is that you have everything you need – right in front of you – in order to start playing a much bigger game (and start making much more money).

But it’s just so easy to make excuses… because you are unsure or afraid or just simply lacking confidence!

So today we are going to tackle this MAJOR problem head-on and address these lies that entrepreneurs (that’s you) tell themselves to justify playing a much smaller game.

Why am I being so confronting?

Because I want you to get past the excuses!

I want you to STOP believing that you can’t make it happen… And I want you to STOP thinking that you don’t have the time, money, or expertise to make a big impact in the world.

Look, I’ve seen magic happen before – within myself and within the entrepreneurs that I’ve personally coached – when they stop believing that they can’t and start MAKING IT HAPPEN!

So I guess the BIG question is… Are you ready to make it happen for yourself?

So I’ve been coaching entrepreneurs at all different levels lately and I’m sick and tired of some of the lame excuses and things that people are telling themselves that are keeping you playing small. So in today’s episode I’m going to unveil the 7 Lies that you are telling yourself that are preventing you from moving forward powerfully in your business.

Lie #1 – You have to do it all yourself. Look, if you’re doing your technology, you’re doing your admin and you’re managing all the different parts of your business it is impossible for you to get ahead. Stop believing that you don’t have the resources of the ability to start bringing on some help. Doing it all yourself will keep you playing small.

Lie #2 – You’re not good at marketing but guess what? Marketing is the lifeblood of your business so get over it. Start producing content, start sending out e-mails, start sharing your voice because if you are not constantly expressing what it is you do in a powerful way, and guess what? There’s a reason why people aren’t showing up to desire to work with you more and more.

Lie #3 – You don’t have time to create leverage. Look, I know you’re busy, I know you have clients, I know you have demands but at some point you have to stop hustling and start looking at ways to start leveraging your time and energy whether that’s leading groups, putting on events, raising your prices or starting to create some automation in your business. If you don’t start creating those systems now, they’re not going to just magically on their own.

Lie #4 – You don’t have the money for a coach. Look, you and everybody else needs somebody there holding them accountable, making sure they’re moving forward, bouncing ideas off them so it doesn’t matter where you are financially if you want to get to the next level you need to invest in a coach who will hold you to a higher standard than you will ho9ld yourself.

Lie #5 – You have to hide out. Look, you are stuck behind your computer for too many hours of every single day. It’s time for you to start attending events, it’s time for you to get out and start meeting people and having real conversations. If you are always stuck behind your computer, it’s not really a business of helping others if all you’re doing is helping your computer screen.

Lie #6 – Is that you will something if you’re not on social media every minute of the day. You have to realize that spending hours and hours on social media is a waste of time. All it does is consume your attention with what everybody else is doing and eats up your focus from doing your own marketing, your own campaigns and building your own business. And finally,

Lie #7 – is that you’re letting money stop you from doing what you know you need to do. Maybe you need to go to that event, maybe you need to invest in that coach, maybe you need to hire that person and maybe you don’t see where the money’s going to come from but if you don’t start taking actions and moving forward, things are never going to shift. So don’t allow your circumstances to get in the way of doing what you know is most important. Get into motion, get into action and you’ll start to see all of a sudden new opportunities and new ways of generating funds will open up to you.
