In the role of COO, Nicola oversees the company’s daily operations. To Nicola it is about creating an experience of connection, collaboration, as well as the space to allow our creative energies to flow. Her role is fitting because relationships are also where Nicola’s curiosity and passion lies. She loves to explore the relationships with ourselves, with our world and with each other. She is not afraid to ask the tough questions and dig deep so that we may inspire ourselves and others to explore and evolve into higher version of ourselves. WHY? So we can show up and life fully!

Shhh…A well-kept secret is that Nicola is also a Vedic Master through the Chopra Center of Well-being. Her interest in inner exploration has led her to a place where she truly humbled and grateful to bear witness to her own – and others – profound experiences and transformation. Don’t be surprised if Nicola wants to know more about you… what ignites you and what your “Big Why” is. Originally from Australia, Nicola is a lover of travel and whenever possible you’ll find her playing outdoors with her puppies, friends and other big-hearted people.

Karen has worked for high tech software and internet companies for over 14 years, and spent 7 of those years specializing in accounting and HR roles. She has set up the books for several companies from inception, and continued working with them through various growth stages including raising multiple rounds of funding and even through acquisition. Karen is always looking for ways to improve our systems and processes, and truly enjoys helping make our finances run smoother. Karen is married to a great husband – who is also an entrepreneur – and has 2 young boys that keep her busy and make her laugh every day. In her spare time, Karen loves to travel, read and cook.

Ro Reed
Our Expert Marketing Strategist

Ro specializes in writing attention-grabbing, thought-provoking and sometimes even brutally honest sales copy. She has spent more than 10 years working in the world of internet marketing, but finally found a happy home with our team. When she’s not writing, she dedicates all her time to raising a very busy 2-year-old and perfectly the art of slow-smoking sweet, southern BBQ with her husband.

Terri Romine

Terri is our go-to-person for strategy and then implementation for anything that happens online. Terri has been working virtually and online for more than 10 years, and has studied the internet marketing industry extensively for the last 5 years. Terri enjoys the dynamics and energy of Max and the entire team and loves being a part of the BIG vision where she can take a ball and run with it to get it done. When Terri is not working, she is spending time with her family (including her 4 dogs) enjoying music, technology (especially her iPad), RVing & Houseboating and wine tasting.

Kyle is responsible for almost all the videos you see on our sites and in our products. And when he’s not rapping to the team or on the dance floor, Kyle’s genius zone is taking single ideas, then creating and directing the vision to share a message in a one-of-a-kind way that others can watch and experience around the world! After growing a significant audience and gathering over 200,000 online video views, Kyle was recently awarded YouTube Partnership in December of 2010 where has created a unique show called “Lifepreneur”, blending entertainment with personal growth. From coaching, to scripting, to storyboarding, to location scouting, to lighting, to filming, as well as the editing, Kyle does it all!

Katie plays multiple, important roles for our Tribe, bringing organization, creativity & a fun loving spirit. Primarily she works as Max’s executive assistant, with her energy touching almost all phases of the business. Along with setting up & running Max’s busy schedule, she handles the communication between Max & our clients and partners. She is an amazing fit for Big Vision Business & loves her role because it offers flexibility to her schedule & is always bringing something new to the table. In her personal time Katie enjoys reading, going for drives & having fun! Some of her favorite activities while spending time with her son include hiking, swimming, going to the zoo & looking for new adventures.

Erin Caires
Customer Service with a Smile

Erin is the face of our customer service support team. She is our first line of loving support when you have any questions, or concerns. She works directly with you, our Tribe, through the phones or emails handling each situation with personal love & attention, doing her best to help create the most satisfying solution for everyone involved. With such a social spirit, it makes perfect sense that Erin also oversees our Social Media tracking, staying connected with our Tribe through our Facebook pages.Some of the many blessings Erin receives from her work is being able to hear about the successes & growth of our Tribe members. She truly enjoys being there for everyone on a daily basis, while at the same time being able to be at home with her family also.In her personal time Erin loves to fish & hike in the mountains of her home state Colorado. She is passionate about giving back to the local community and spending time with her family & is the proud mother of baby Alice.

Andrea is our go-to support for all things computer based for our Tribe. Whether it has to do with our websites, monitoring our live chats, or making sure all our files are backed up, she brings her shining light & easy going attitude to job. Behind the scenes she working hard to make sure everything runs smoothly. With the business ever expanding, Andrea uses her research skills to continually find the best services, products & affiliates for our team. With her love for computers & research she is a perfect fit for her role, as it allows for her to work from home, and enjoy life by mountain biking, growing edibles, cooking delicious meals & spending time with her family.

Jeremy Merchant
Connecting, Coaching & Coordinating All-In-One

Jeremy leads our sales team & enrollment for all of our companies programs. With an open heart he listens to our clients & guides them to making committed decisions for themselves. He is also the lead coordinator for our Tribe’s live events. Working with our whole team, he orchestrates putting together powerful, fun & amazing experiences for all to enjoy. Jeremy loves connecting with people in all ways. From the casual discussion to the deep soul-to-soul conversation, his gift for holding space reaches all. With a true profound love for & belief in everyone, Jeremy’s role is perfect in supporting people to play in their biggest game. Jeremy is a huge fan of all sports & outdoor activities. You can find him hiking, running & swimming any time of year. Having a natural green-thumb he loves to watch things grow. He is also an avid reader &
