Oh boy… today’s post is gonna be good.
- We’ll announce the winner of our little contest from last week (is it you?)
- We’ll unveil the first round of details about this exciting new project (yay!)
But before I get to either of those points, let me tell you a quick story.
AS YOU MAY HAVE NOTICED
We have shifted gears here at Big Vision Business in a pretty radical way.
We are taking a powerful stand that YOU expand your reach, make exponentially more money, and have greater impact than you ever imagined.
So, we decided to start delivering you the absolute most cutting-edge, up-to-date knowledge and wisdom about exactly “What’s Working Now” in business and marketing.
Since my dad passed at the end of January, I’ve had some time to really reflect on what’s most important to me… what lights me up… and what truly drives me.
It’s an interesting inner-dialogue. To try to and really get the core of who you are. I’m finding that the answers are not what I expected.
And you know what I’ve discovered? Above and beyond anything else…
IMPACT fuels my fire.
I must admit, it’s been a very emotional week. Despite the fact we knew this was coming, losing dad has been rough. But the truth is, I feel like he’s at peace now and the suffering has stopped (for him and me). So amidst the sadness is also some relief.
At 5:53 am on January 31st, after 20 months of an intense journey with a Glioblastoma brain tumor and at the young age of 60, my father Dr. David Simon took his last breath and transitioned to the other side.
If you can picture it… my step-mom, my two little sisters, my uncle (his brother), and I literally had our hands on his chest as his soul left his body.
… It was both profoundly peaceful and unbelievably sad at the same time.
I’ve been pretty quiet lately because of some very intense family health challenges which I will talk about when the time is right…
Yet I wanted to take this opportunity with a new year upon us to write you this personal note and share with you a very private ritual I do at the beginning of every year in the hopes that it might serve you like it has me.
Here’s the scoop…
In this day and age, there are a million different ways to share your message with the world.
We have tele-seminars, webinars, e-books, live seminars, blogs, radio, internet radio, podcasts, etc…
And with all those different options, it’s easy to get overwhelmed with which one is best for you and your tribe… right?
I’m practicing what I preach…
One of the questions I always ask my students is: “Which vehicle do you enjoy the most?“
