I will definately implement these 5 things when I have employees. I’ve always believed that when you take care of your team they will take care of you. In the past I have worked for peole who care about this and for people who don’t. It sure made a difference in the success of their business and how long I stayed working for them.

I will focus on these five things as I continue to envision and create my business.
For instance, in the past I had spoken with a friend weekly – and basically it was what you mentioned as the “awesomeness report”. I consider this a reminder to return to this practice!
I am interested to learn more about how Mindvalley balances flex time with meetings – as you mentioned they had meetings each week for development and awesomeness. Do the meetings occur at a set time? Are they scheduled each week by the people involved? This process intrigues me.

I find myself doing three of the five. The two I neglect are surrounding my self with extremely successful people of the same business as mine, and rewarding myself for my accomplishments. I try to put myself in the company of the most successful. But, it seems to be an invitation only kind of party, where only the succeessful are invited. However, upon thinking of the previous statement I’m sure if I used my creativity and talents and come up with something worthy of their time and attention, I’m sure I’d get that invitation. I think I’ve discovered my breakthrough for that obstacle (ME). I purposely reserve rewarding myself for my accomplishment because I don’t want to convince myself that I’ve accomplished my goal. I’d rathter use that time accomplishing the next goal. I am reluctant to change this one, unless I can see the benefit of tthis reward to my next goal.
