How do you deal with stress in your business?

Because growing your business can be deeply invigorating:

Making new connections, creating powerful content, transforming lives, making money…

It feels amazing to truly live your purpose…but then, the inevitable happens:

You realize how much you need to get done everyday – and keep on having thoughts like:

"I just can’t get this project finished…"
"My business should be further along than it is by now…"
"My to-do list keeps on growing and I can’t keep up…"

So what do you do?

How do you "keep up" with your amazing work without feeling overworked and exhausted?

In this week’s Big Vision Show, Mandee will show you:

  • 3 easy techniques to feel passionate and rejuvenated in your work – no matter how much you have to "get done"
  • How to best transition from your work-mode during the day to shift into your "night" so you’re deeply calm and loving
  • How to take a shower with your clothes on…
  • And why French Fries might be the saving grace of your week…

Write down in the comments below what’s ONE THING that you’re going to take away from this video that you’re going to do this week so that you don’t feel overworked and exhausted.

One suggestion I would make on Tip #1 is, rather than writing down writing down your successes at the end of the day, keep a running to-do list in a book so you can check them off as they are completed. Part of the stress of being so incredibly busy is trying to remember all that needs to be done and hoping nothing gets forgotten. Jotting them into a list allows you to stay more organized, do some prioritization and frees up your mind to do vs remember and worry.

Yes, I agree with everything she said. I take a walk after the day is done. I am planning to go out in nature this weekend. I do the list in my online dairy and when I read it. Its amazing on how much I did. So thank you for the steps to be peaceful in life.

That’s great arogansi_modern AND what will you reward yourself with? When we specifically declare it, it is that much more likely to happen and the build up of anticipation makes the whole week that much more exciting! Mandee

That’s a great idea Vicki and often one of the ways I reward myself as well. It is a great act of self love and now there are alot of these Chinese massage places that are popping up, where you can get a great massage for an hr for as low as $35. That makes it totally affordable as a much more regular act of clearing and relaxing your energy. Enjoy! Mandee

Mandee, you are so darn cute! Thanks for reminding us to reward ourselves in a grand way. I am going to carve out time for myself to do the reading I have been putting off. It both inspires and relaxes me!

Awww thanks Stephanie! Reading is one of my secret gifts to myself as well, that almost seems to be a lost past time with all the modern technology now a days. To me there is something so romantic and inspiring reading an actual paper book, by candle light with a good cup of tea :) Mandee

Wonderful video and tips. A long time ago I heard someone say, I can’t remember where I heard this, but if you list the 5 most important things you need to get done the night before in order of importance then at the end of the day whatever has not been done you start with the first thing the next day. Always having a list of 5 important things that need to be done. You will be amazed at what you can get done.

Taking a shower! With Mandee! (Which is very decent because she showers with her clothes on.)

To Funny! The idea was sometimes we can get so burned out and overworked that we lose consciousness, are not present and might not even realize we are walking into the shower with our clothes on still! Although it does kind of look like I take showers with my clothes on huh! LoL Mandee
