One of the things we did as a team this year is to get profoundly clear about who we are and what we’re really doing in business.
We spent time together asking questions like: “What is most meaningful to us?” and “Why are we in business in the first place?”
And it all came down to one word – DEPTH.
We wanted everything we do to reflect depth. Depth in our relationships. Depth in our content. Depth in our spirit. Depth in our tribe. And depth in our partnerships.
And when we realized that DEPTH was what we were all about… we started creating from a different place.
It was no longer was about how we could make the most money or execute on tactics in the best way…
But instead, how could we create DEPTH in everything we do.
This is what gave rise to an entirely NEW kind of program that will DEEPLY show you entirely new ways to make more money & serve the world.
And this is what you must do to reach and impact millions… find out what really drives you and make that the focus of your business.
Global Impact Lesson #2: Break The Mold

You have to surround yourself with the right people. You have to take some risks. You have to invest in your business. You have to try something new and really go for it!!
And if there is anything I want to leave you with… it’s the PERMISSION to do that.
Shake things up. It’s time. And though it’s scary, there is some part of you that’s craving it.
Because you know, there is something truly magical that happens when you stop sitting on the fence and start playing the game full out.

Yes, I agree that as we provide the absolute best service and products to people,
they naturally will acknowledge us with rewards that say:
“Thank you for providing me with products that really are working great for me in my life.
You deserve the compensation I am giving to you in exchange because your products
have made my life better by helping me actually accomplish what I have set out to achieve.”
But in order to do this, you have to ask your potential customer “what is it that they need and want.”
Each person is unique and different. We are all good at different skills. We may be strong at one
task and need support with another task.
You have to help people with what they need help with. And in order to do this, you must ask:
“How can i help you with what you need help with?”
“How can i help you achieve what you want to achieve?”
Personally, there are tasks that I am excellent at. What I need help with, are things that other
people are better at. This is how you will help me to achieve even greater success.
A championship team is composed of different people, who are good at different things, and
who are working together, making everyone stronger, and allowing everyone to win.
How you can help is by asking me: “How can i help you achieve what you want to achieve?”
