As someone who has a very powerful magnetic presence, I have to say that both the magnetic presence and the strategies are important. I met with a millionaire friend the other day who has been reading my articles for a while. He said “you’re a very interesting person with a strong magnetic presence, and as much as I love reading your articles, I can’t quite say that it is you have to offer. As much as I’d like to work with you, I don’t see how that would work out”
So the magnetic presence is important to draw people in, but then it’s also very important for me to be clear about what I do, to be clear in the way I communicate it, to have a proper business structure and to properly enroll clients into the appropriate programs.
Problem is… almost nobody teaches a business model aligned around a strong magnetic presence! You’re the only one I know of.
that’s what I mean about STEP 1 & STEP 2…. step 2 is the marketing and communication. But step 1 is something everyone leaves out.

Thanks a lot for this man. I listened to your interview on GKIC and I was immediately drawn not only to your approach to marketing but your entire mentality. This video reminds me of how magnetic I use to be when I was in the corporate world. Now that I’m attempting to do my own thing I find myself behind the computer and lack the social stimulation to draw it out. This completely influences (in a negative way) my voice when writing.

Hey Max… great reminder! I am more like Etienne on this issue. I can draw them in with my presence, but constantly need help to bring clarity through my communication and marketing. I agree that most people DO leave out Step #1… probably because they are afraid of it. From my experience, FEAR is the #1 reason people step out of their presence and then try to replace the void with more marketing, campaigns, launches, etc. In my view, FEAR stems not from things on the outside, but is birthed from the disbelief on the inside that we are worthy to be “magnetic” and “powerful”. This unfortunately leads to ignoring Step #1 and trying to side step past it with more of Step #2.
I am looking forward to meeting my first client tomorrow, I will try to use the method “I do not know” at the beginning. I felt so relaxed and ready to receive something new, during your excercise. Thanks.
I was brainstorming with a friend last night and we both agreed that the foundation of building a business is creating relationships. It is through the magnetic presence that you draw people in.

Max-you are up to good again!…I would add that it is imperative for us to engage a lasting relationship with our inner magnetism because this is a place of spirit, wisdom, resource, self-knowledge and authenticity… to transcend problems (recreate through opportunity) and reinvent ourselves in a way that is always present to the gift of deeper engagement with others and life. Additionally, there is a difference between electric…do do do..and magnetic…BE. This is what we are here to learn about our compelling greatness,and share.

Thanks Max, I totally agree and certainly it has been my experience. I do a similar practice as you know, with movement, to disengage my mind and listen to my inner wisdom and to become present. I do this wonderfully with myself and with my clients however my work is to bring more of my magnetic presence when I am doing my offers. This I realise has come from me not feeling totally aligned with my tribe and as it becomes clearer who they are I feel the shift. So thank you once again for taking me to a new level of awareness. Presence…ideally being aligned with your purpose and passion..effectively communicating who you really are can be compelling. David Neagle refers to the ‘impression of increase’ which is in the presence (communicative consciousness you could say) of magnetically successful people.
By being associated with them, it’s adding more to client’s lives because you are living in fuller expression AND as a solution to part of their life and it’s contagious! Max has it, David and Vishen Lakhiani is a great example of it too and it brings in a lot of business.
Yes, these things are very important and the whole subject basically goes overlooked as an invariable in business and marketing; yet the ‘intangibles’ can be the MOST tangible even if people aren’t consciously aware of it, so thanks for getting this out there!
In an age of people wary of marketing, they are refreshed by the presence and transparency of people who are the real thing. However, some of us may have come across as not fully IN our presence (in marketing videos) b/c of shifting around trying to lock into our ‘full’ voice (this has been me the past 2.5 years) b/c it required marketing knowledge and clarity of tribe in order to have connection with them vs. (just being yourself but in a way that doesn’t connect).
I know myself very well but b/c (similar to Etienne) I’m doing things that basically haven’t been done before, it’s in not knowing the tribe that has made me come across as not ‘fully’ there in presence I think; not fully clear. But I totally agree, presence can really attract magnetically to business b/c it’s a quality of the most successful entrepreneurs. Max, you’ve found your calling and I think your programs directly address this for people.
I have finally found my true voice and will be communicating more of my dharmic presence…yet I’ve found that also requires some experience ‘on camera’ in order to effectively get it across and ‘step into it’ b/c it’s not normal communication (until you get used to it).
You’ve addressed some of these other issues in other videos. I’m in the process still myself of ‘locking my dharmic presence in’ but I encourage others to take presence very seriously b/c your energy IS connecting and communicating with your people and if you carry the impression of increase, analysts could try and figure it out some other way but they’ll bypass the ‘intangible’ reason for your massive success!

Yes… knowing the tribe is part of the foundation. It’s first about having presence as an individual, then about having presence as a business and movement which requires having clarity about the path, the tribe and the message.
A bunch of people contact me telling me they can help me get great SEO exposure or great social media exposure, and really none of that is going to do any good until the presence and foundation of the business is properly established.
So it goes in 3 steps.
1. Presence as an individual
2. Presence as a movement and business
3. Business model and marketing strategies
I specialize in #1 and you specialize in #3. #2 is really where I’ve been struggling with. You cover some of it but in my case it requires more advanced and specialized knowledge to remove the obstacles and make the energetic connection with the tribe. Jeffrey specializes more in #2.
Also, there’s not much point in building a work team until #1 and #2 are established. At that stage, what is instead required is a support team of mentors who are in proper alignment with my own path.
When I did the exercise, I felt the presence of the All. Everything that I could ever need is already here, waiting, at my disposal, and so, I will allow the Presence, which is really my presence, as well as the needs of my tribe, to design the marketing strategy….peace.
I’d already made the commitment to focus more on connecting with people genuinely with just the desire to help them out in some way and not to worry about the possible benefits for me and I can see that involves being truly present with them and being open and honest and sharing myself.
I feel that being present is more important than doing. In my experience, when I let myself be completely present, my intuition works at a much deeper level.
