Hmm, something seems different today…can’t quite put my finger on it. Einstein, do you know? In today’s episode of The Big Vision Show, you’ll find out.
My name is Max Simon and I want to not only welcome you to this episode of The Big Vision Show, but to Big Vision Business. This is our brand new website and direction of our business, designed to help you take your big vision and turn it into a living, breathing reality—right now.
You see over the last few years, we’ve been absolutely blessed to serve thousands of entrepreneurs and work with some of the biggest and brightest names in our industry.
And, well, while it’s super cool and a good idea to learn all the latest and greatest strategies and tactics, you know what I’ve discovered is the most important thing that you and I need in order to achieve true success, true impact, and true freedom? It’s having a clear, big vision.
Because, once you can see where you want to go and where you want to go and what kind of impact you want to have, then your ability to make those big decisions falls right into place.
So in today’s episode, we’re going to do two cool things. One is I’m going to give you my three step simple formula to getting your big vision off the ground and also, I’m going to give you the opportunity for you to become the focus, the star, the feature of one of our next Big Vision Shows. So, make sure you stay until the end.
So let’s talk about big vision for a sec…how do you create it, and what is it, and all that good stuff. So here’s the thing: building a business is challenging and in order to make it through all the rough spots, and the figure-it-out stages, and all the leaps of faith you need to take, you’ve got to really have something to lean into—something to feel inspired by.
And that’s what big vision is. It’s your picture, your imagination, your vision of what you want to create in the world, what kind of impact you want to have, and what that will do to you and your family and your team and your life.
So here are three simple steps to get the ball rolling. Step one is determine the tribe that you most deeply want to lead. You see, this is not about picking your target market or finding a niche, because I always think that’s kind of funny—it’s like I don’t want to be shooting at my customers. Get it—target market?
Instead, I want you to think about who do you really want to lead? Who are you inspired by? Who are you one step ahead of? Who do you want to stand up for and really become their champions?
Because what I’ve discovered is the bigger the leader you can be for a specific tribe, the more attractive you become, and the more people flock to you for your guidance, your advice, and your wisdom.
The second step is to get clear on the transformation that you truly want to provide. So, now that you have this tribe in your mind, what is it that you deeply want to help them do? For example, for us, the tribe we serve is Big Vision entrepreneurs on a mission to make a difference in the world with their message, with their knowledge, with their information.
And the transformation that we love to help you provide is to really step up. To make big decisions, to become a better and bigger leader and to share your message with millions and, in the process, make millions of dollars.
That transformation just excites the heck out of us. So what transformation that you can provide really lights you up? Get clear on that and that is the second piece of the puzzle.
You know and a good way to figure this out is to ask yourself the question, “What conversations do you love being in?” You know, I love the creative conversation around how to get your message out—how to attract new partners to you, how to do really fun and exciting videos and how to really craft a great strategy for you to do all of these things.
That conversation just really excites me—it lights me up. So, what conversation do you love to be in, and in that, what transformation do you want to help other people provide? That’s the second part of the equation.
And the third step, which might surprise you a little, is that once you know your tribe, once you know the transformation you want to provide, the third piece is just to own it…to really declare it…that you are going to become the global leader for serving the tribe to experience the transformation.
You know, just like, own it, own it in your marketing, own it in your sales, own it in your website…own that you are the global authority for your big vision. I know it sounds kind of simple, but that’s a very important piece of the puzzle.
So that should get the ball rolling for you on crafting your own big vision. And now I want to talk about something so cool—I want to talk about something that should just light you up.
